The Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce highlighted a study released by the Detroit Regional Workforce Fund which found that many workers in Detroit area lack "the basic skills necessary for employment in even the most entry-level employment opportunities, highlighting a number of serious challenges in the region’s education and employment infrastructure."
